Mold can be a hidden threat in any property. Our mold testing services are designed to identify and address any mold issues, ensuring that your home is a safe and healthy place for you and your family.
We also provide Termite Inspections, Thermal Imaging, Energy Audits, as well as Wildfire & Earthquake assessments. These can be added to a home inspection, or they can be stand-alone inspections.
Testing services include:
Mold, Lead, Drinking Water Analysis, and Nuclear Radiation. We are always adding new capabilities, so feel free to ask about any specific needs

Mold Test

Mold testing is the process of assessing the presence and concentration of mold in indoor environments. It involves collecting samples from various areas of the home, such as the air or surfaces, and analyzing them to determine the type and amount of mold present. This testing helps to identify hidden mold growth, even in areas that may not be visible to the naked eye.
Mold testing can be conducted through various methods, including air sampling and surface sampling. Each method has its own advantages and is chosen based on the specific circumstances and goals of the testing process. The collected samples are then sent to a laboratory for analysis by trained professionals.
We use Sporecyte Labs to process the samples which uses AI to identify and count mold spores and air particulates. Their algorithms are taught using hundreds of thousands of images that industry experts have identified (it’s like having multiple mycologist experts analyzing every one of your samples).
One of their analysts then confirms the results and generates your report.
Once they have analyzed all of the samples in your job, their system compares the indoor samples with the outdoor sample, and generates a Mold Elevation Level indicator, (or a Mold Growth indicator for surface samples).

The cost for mold testing is $150 per sample
Lead Test

The Lead Testing is a simple surface sample test that is sent off to a third-party lab for results. The cost for Lead Testing starts at $150.

Water Contamination Test

The drinking water analysis test consists of a lead, coliform bacteria, pesticides, chlorine, hardness, iron, pH, alkalinity, copper, iron bacteria, nitrates, nitrites, and hydrogen sulfide.
Contaminants can sometimes sneak their way into our taps, potentially putting our health at risk. These impurities can range from harmful bacteria and chemicals to hard water minerals that can cause limescale buildup in appliances and around faucet, tub and shower spouts. By testing your water, you can:
-
Identify potential health hazards such as lead, bacteria and other toxins.
-
Understand the hardness of your water, which can influence your choice of detergents and soaps.
-
Detect any foul tastes or smells that can affect your daily life.
-
Make informed decisions about water treatment solutions like filters and softeners.
Being proactive about water quality ensures peace of mind and the well-being of your household. Consider it to be just another part of your regular household maintenance routine, like changing your air filter or sealing air leaks in your windows and doors. It’s just another way to save money and keep your family safe.
